Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 6.15 - 7.30 pm at the Haelan Centre, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8.

Suitable for all women from 12 weeks of pregnancy through to birth – all levels are welcome including beginners.

Prices: £45 for a course of six classes/£9 for a dropin session

The Haelan Centre is located on the corner of The Broadway and Crouch Hall Road, opposite the Clock Tower. The entrance for classes is situated in Crouch Hall Road. Use the buzzer marked studio. Follow the stairs all the way up, turn left at the top and walk all the way along to Room 4.
