Anna Wise has been practicing yoga since her early twenties and holds
a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma specialising in Yoga for
Pregnancy. She has trained as a doula and volunteered with the charity Birth Companions for many years.
She is a qualified Infant Massage Instructor and has been teaching baby massage for over ten years.
Anna is co-author of
the book 'Yoga Sadhana for Mothers Yoga Sadhana for Mothers', the first book on Ashtanga Yoga and Pregnancy.

Abbi Ayers is a highly experienced has been working with pregnant women through her role as an antenatal teacher and breastfeeding counsellor and has worked for the charity Birth Companions for over eight years. She trained to become an antenatal yoga teacher in 2016.
With four children of her own, she knows first hand how beneficial yoga can be for expectant mums. She loves to teach small and intimate classes, leading her students in a gentle and restorative practice and providing a space and opportunity to prepare for child birth, re-energise and relax.
